Our holiday markets are back with some very important changes! Please make sure you’ve read through all the information before applying to the waitlist.

Apply to be a part of our 2025 holiday market waitlist by filling out this form. This year we will be hosting THREE holiday shopping weekends all located at the adorably cozy Hillcrest Lodge in Mount Vernon, WA.

PLEASE NOTE: If you applied in August and are already on our waitlist for the 2025 holiday season, you do not need to apply/pay again. Please just email us (hello@valleymademarket.com) if you are interested in being on the waitlist for additional dates.

For the three holiday market weekends, participation for the duration both Saturday and Sunday is required
The 3 market weekends are all independent shows. The 3 line ups will vary. Please indicate the show(s) that you are applying for on the application.
Vendors provide their own tables and set up
Valley Made is for makers and artists who create their own work, reselling is not the focus of our show
Outdoor vendors provide their own tent, weights, tables, & set up

Valley Made Market is a series of events hosted by elSage Shop in Skagit Valley, WA. We provide a fun, eclectic, community-centered, and high-quality pop up market for local artisans.

The Valley Made Holiday Markets will be hosted at the Hillcrest Lodge in Mount Vernon, WA. This beautiful venue provides ADA accessibility for patrons, a central market spot nestled within a residential neighborhood, ample heating + lighting, WiFi, and more outdoor booth space than ever before.

2025 Holiday Market Dates:

November 15th & 16th, 10am-4pm

December 6th & 7th, 10am-4pm

December 20th & 21st, 10am-4pm

Booth options:

8'x8' space* - $485

6'x4' space* - $350

Outdoor w/ tent 10'x10' - $295

*booth sizes are approximate and may flex slightly due to the constraints of the lodge. Please note that full booth spaces are very limited. Booth fees are per weekend-long show. We have 3 shows this year.

To apply, complete this form and pay the $25 application fee (you will be directed to the application fee after submitting your application).

Our markets are currently full, but we often pull from the waitlist before each show. Waitlist applicants will only be contacted if a cancellation arises with the date(s) & booth size(s) you selected. Our team fills market openings from the waitlist by category and best fit to produce a balanced show.
